FourFourTimes: Universal’s new attraction, Magic Kingdom: The Journey Begins, opens to the public at Universal Studios Florida this week.
We’ve rounded up some of the best photos from the ride.
(Photo: Disney)Disney is coming back with a new attraction this week that features a trip to the Disney Magic Kingdom, but it’s one that’s going to get you really, really excited.
The Magic Kingdom’s new version of the Journey Begins attraction, which opened earlier this year, is the company’s most ambitious ride ever.
It opens at Universal’s Florida Theme Parks this week with an interactive experience that includes a walking tour and even a ride on a steamroller, which can also be found in other Disney parks.
The Journey Begins is the most ambitious attraction at the Walt Disney World Resort, and it has been designed to be the first time a Disney theme park has done anything like this.
This isn’t a one-off attraction, as Journey Begins will feature attractions that will be in operation for a year or more.
It will feature the most immersive experience at Disney parks, and the experience will feature “a new and exciting perspective of what Walt Disney Imagineers have been building at Magic Kingdom since the iconic ride opened nearly 30 years ago,” according to the company.
Here’s how the new attraction will work: Guests will be guided by an assistant to the Magic Kingdom.
As they walk through the park, the assistant will tell them about the attractions and experiences coming to Universal Studios, along with the new attractions coming to the park this week, including a steam roller, water slide, water ride, underwater adventure and a “tour” of Disney’s Epcot.
The assistant will then give them a tour of the ride and let them ride the steam roller and underwater adventure.
When the guests are done with the steamroller and underwater ride, they can walk to the water park for a visit to one of the parks’ water attractions.
Once the guests have left the Magic Park, the Journey begins.
The Adventure begins in the Magic City at the Disney Theme Parks, with rides at Epcot, Universal Studios Hollywood and Disney California Adventure.
After a short walk to one end of the Magic Castle, the Adventure continues through the Jungle Cruise, Jungle Cruise 2, Jungle Voyage and Splash Mountain to the end of Journey.
The Journey ends at Epoch, the Magic Showcase.
After that, the adventure is over and guests can continue on to the Epcot and Disney Springs theme parks, which will have two additional attractions.
There’s also a second water ride in the Park, Splash Mountain, at the end.
The first ride at Episodes 1-3 was a boat ride.
After the Journey, guests can walk around the park and visit other attractions.
