A Florida resort has closed its doors after the death of a resident who became trapped under the rubble of a hotel building in a blaze that erupted shortly before midnight.
A fire in the hotel building killed 29-year-old Heather Marie Jones and her husband, 24-year, John, who died from their injuries.
The National Transportation Safety Board said the cause of the blaze was under investigation.
It said Jones had died at the hospital from smoke inhalation and her death was the first in the state in recent memory.
She was the third Florida resident to die from the roach infestation at a tourist attraction in recent weeks.
Three people have died in the past two months in the US, and more than 200 people have been reported as having died of roach infections.
